Aims |
To safely and competently carry out the tasks required of the Helideck Assistant (HDA). |

Outcomes |
Participants will be able to:
Ø To give delegates a knowledge and understanding of helideck operations and also be allocated to assist the helicopter landing officer.
Ø The competence and training of helideck personnel are key factors in the overall safe operation of an installation / vessel helideck.
Ø There are two primary objectives:
o To ensure that personnel are competent to carry out their routine aircraft handling responsibilities.
o To ensure that personnel are competent to carry out their duties in the event of helideck emergencies.
Ø This specification sets training and competency requirements for the HDA as required by EP standard ‘Air Transportation HSE'.

The duration of the course is 1/2-day The course is delivered at Megamas Training Company Sdn. Bhd., in Mumong/Kuala Balai, Kuala Belait. |
