- Know the benefits and problems of interviews
- Describe, understand and use the eight types of interview (the selection interview, the appraisal interview, the counseling interview, the giving bad news interview, the feedback interview, the grievance interview, the disciplinary interview, the exit interview)
- Would be able to use the systematic approach to interviewing namely, aims and objectives, preparation, structure, communications skill in conducting the interview, concluding, evaluation and follow-up.
