PTW-5 Permit To Work Refresher

 
Aims To prepare participants in becoming competent PTW Supervisors or PTW Signatories by providing refresher training in all aspects of the Permit to Work System, including the operation of the system in line with recent revisions fo the PTW HSE Standard (Module 3).
Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants will be able to understand the PTW system, including:
  • HSE PTW Model,
  • Training and appointment,
  • Review of Types of Permits (Conflicting activities, hot work versus EDP) and supporting cerrtificates,
  • Permit exercise, including the life cycle, HCL, valve / spade isolations, EPI,
  • Hot work in Zone 1, method of re-classification.
  • Bow-Tie Concept, Ø Responsibilities of the Signatories,
  • Changes in the PTW HSE Standard (Module 3) Rev 4 and Rev 4.1.
  • Audit Objectives and levels of Auditing,
  • Auditing / Checking Permits,
  • Assessment
Location and Duration The duration of the course is 1-days The course is delivered at Megamas Training Company Sdn. Bhd., in Mumong/Kuala Balai, Kuala Belait.
Pre-Requisits PTW Signatories (PTW-3) or PTW Supervisors (PTW-1)
