Military Sector
It may seem strange to think of Health & Safety matters in a Military environment but it is as important here as it is in all other organisations.
The Military has millions of dollars worth of assets in buildings and equipment. Thousands of employees who have been trained and coached in skills they need to protect the country. The civilian side of the military are exposed to a wide range of activities such as office work, cleaning, construction, finance, etc. All of this needs to be protected.
Recently Megamas worked closely with MINDEF/RBAF to produce an entire Health & Safety Management System. It starts with a policy and then has a manual and specific procedures which combine into a safety framework.
Specific training courses were developed and given to diverse Military & Civilian personnel.
