Calling 991 or sending someone to hospital is NOT enough to save someone's life. Most of the time he/she is brought in dead.

Timing is everything, after the onset of attack (sudden death)

within 4-6 minutes - brain damage and permanent death
with every minute - survival chances are reduced by 7-10%
after 10 minutes - few attempts at resuscitation succeed
