| At the end of the course, participants will be able to: handle dangerous goods in accordance with IATA/ICAO regulations develop a working knowledge of legal responsibilities apply the regulations to loading, storage, segregation, inspection & emergency procedures identify hidden dangerous goods at passenger check-ins & cargo areas. use the DGR manual independently. | |
| To provide participants who have completed an approved Introduction to Rigging and Slinging course with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. The course also refreshes and updates participants with any changes in safety and operational procedures. | |
| This course is designed to give participants the necessary skills and knowledge to be a Rigging and Slinging Competent Authorized Person. Candidates will be able to inspect and discard rigging equipment, have knowledge of rigging store registers and testing certificates and have knowledge of the BSP PLIC. | |
| To familiarise personnel with their responsibilities during the Inspection of Cranes, and various operations, Rigging and Slinging, Testing, Inspection of wire ropes and lifting gear, Load Chart and Slinging procedures, and inspection of lifting gears, safe usage, application and use of the correct hand signals | |
| To provide participants who have completed a Rigging and Slinging course in theoretical and practical knowledge of Banksman duties with strong emphasis on the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. Also to refresh and update current qualified personnel on any changes in safety and operational procedures. | |
| 3To provide participants who have completed an approved Rigging& Slinging and Banksman 1 course in theoretical and practical knowledge of Banksman duties in an offshore work environment (at an advanced level). The training is conducted in accordance with the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. and also refreshes and updates current qualified personnel on any changes in safety and operational procedures. | |
| This course is aimed at employees who are required to write and develop simple lift, however it is good to learn on complex on shore lift plans in accordance with BSP’s lifting and hoisting standard (BSP-ASS-Standard-004) and industry best practices. This course may benefit Banksman, Riggers, Crane Operators and Supervisors of lifting operations. It is also designed to refresh and update current qualified personnel on any changes in safety and operational procedures. On successful completion of this training course, participants will have gained the necessary knowledge and skills required to carry out lift planning for all types of loads and on shore work environments. | |

| This course is designed to give participants the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a mobile crane (wheeled or crawler) on BSP onshore facilities. Strong emphasis is on the Brunei Shell lifting and hoisting BSP-004 The course will also refresh and update participants in the most recent updates in procedures and safety in operating/ checking of mobile cranes.
Crane classes:
- C4: up to 20 Ton capacity
- C3: 21 up to 60 Ton capacity
- C2: 61 up to 100 Ton capacity

| The purpose of this course is to instruct personnel on how to manual handle loads more safely, and how to reduce the risk of manual handling injuries. | |

Strong emphasis is on the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. The course will also refresh and update participants in the most recent updates in procedures and safety. | |
| To provide personnel from different job roles with an introductory knowledge of rigging and lifting operations. This includes the safe use of equipment, BSP standards, policies and procedures and the roles of all people involved with a lift. | |
| To provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently load a vehicle in accordance with current road use regulations. Participants will be able to correctly load & restrain a vehicle load. This course is designed for vehicle loading crane operators, truck drivers, transport workers and anyone else who loads a vehicle as part of their vocation. | |
