Aims The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – is recognised in the UK and Internationally as the basis for a sound and broad introduction to the fundamentals of occupational health and safety. The syllabus provides an appreciation of good practice and safety management systems which stimulates the reduction of deaths, injuries and ill health occurring in occupational work activities.
Outcomes
  • Develop a breadth of knowledge in occupational safety and health to enable them to discharge more effectively their organizational duties with respect to workplace health and safety
  • Formulate, implement, monitor and review health and safety polices and procedures
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
  • Identify and select appropriate control measures
  • Perform workplace health and safety inspections
Location and Duration The duration of the course is 13-days The course is delivered at Megamas Training Company Sdn. Bhd., in Mumong/Kuala Balai, Kuala Belait.
