MEGAMAS Training Company Sdn Bhd has been recognised as the UK's National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (Nebosh) accredited training centre.
Annually, over 30,000 people worldwide take the Nebosh qualification.
The qualifications are globally recognised and taken by people working in all types of industries, as well as those in the national and local government organisations.
In 2004, Megamas was the first company in Southeast Asia to offer the Nebosh International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Since then, the qualification has been successfully delivered in partnership with a United Kingdom based training provider. By obtaining an independent approval, it meant that Megamas is able to offer greater flexibility and extra benefits to participants.
The Nebosh International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is a globally recognised qualification offered by an established independent UK examination board with over 25 years experience in providing health and safety awards in the UK and across the world including the Middle East, the West Indies and Southeast Asia.
The qualification focuses on international standards and management systems.
The qualification is also recognised to meet the academic requirements for Technician Membership (Tech IOSH) of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Associate membership (AIIRSM) of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).
