Megamas contributes 500 trees for Kerangas Forest in Badas Triangle

DOING its part for the environment, Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd has planted 500 trees in a kerangas forest in the Badas Forest Reserve in Seria.

The contribution will help to rehabilitate the forest area and also offsets some of the carbon emissions that Megamas produces. The project at Badas is part of the ISB Million Trees Project.

Megamas has undertaken a detailed carbon footprinting study. This study helps Megamas to better understand its environmental impacts throughout its core and related business.

It is felt that the knowledge of this data, and the steps required to undertake and manage its ongoing carbon footprint provide synergy with the quality of consultancy and training courses offered and highlight Megamas' ongoing commitment and response to climate change.

Megamas are able to provide consultancy services to any company who wishes to know their carbon footprint.
