On June 15, Mr Hj Osman Khalid and his family attended the "Defensive Driving Course for the General Public" at Megamas Training Centre. During the course, they learnt about road hazards, cabin safety, speed versus stopping distance and different braking techniques, overtaking and reversing and other defensive driving techniques.

 They drove cars on a specially constructed skid pan to learn special braking and car steering techniques. The aim of the course is to minimise the chance of an accident happening. A parent's most valuable possession is family and by taking this course he or she takes a huge step forward in road safety.
