PTW-4 Permit to Work for Auditors
| Aims |
| The course prepares participants to become PTW Auditors by providing knowledge and practical instruction of planning and executing PTW system audits. |
| Outcomes |
- list the 4 levels of audit,
- state the difference between System Audit and System Review,
- list the objectives of PTW System audits,
- produce plans for and execute level 2, 3 and 4 audits,
- act as team member for a level 1 audit,
- review PTW documents as part of the audit process,
- complete audit report forms and prepare audit reports.
