Training the Trainer (TTT) Workshop – How to Present Training with Impact!

Aims

This 3-day workshop will improve the participants’ delivery of the content, and build rapport and confidence with their learners. Essentials of adult learning and how to make training ‘come to life’ are covered. This is a highly interactive workshop where the participants will have the opportunity to giver presentations to other participants as part of the hands- on learning.

Outcomes

Build skill, competence and confidence in a training environment
Provide participants with hands-on experience in creating and delivering training programs, including the use of training tools, running training activities and practicing facilitations skills.

The duration of the course is 3-days The course is delivered at Megamas Training Company Sdn. Bhd., in Mumong/Kuala Balai, Kuala Belait or Kiulap.
