It is a requirement that all Megamas staff comply with the 12 Life Saving Rules (LSR’s) and other established safety rules.

There will be no exceptions.

If any staff member is in non-compliance with these 12 LSR’s and other established safety rules, the following policy is in place for consequence management to be applied by the Company to the particular individual involved (5 steps):

  1. Coaching to do it the right, proper way
  2. Verbal warning
  3. 1st warning letter
  4. 2nd warning letter
  5. Dismissal

Acts of sabotage, malevolent acts done deliberately to cause harm, damage, loss to PEAR are separate issues and will be treated differently.
