In order to achieve this objective, it is the policy of Megamas management to establish and maintain a Quality Management System that conforms to ISO 9001:2015. This is to indicate Megamas management’s commitment in its drive to provide an assurance that the training services provided by Megamas is consistently of the intended quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Megamas aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS which includes processes for the continual improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Megamas Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing quality objectives that are measured, appraised and reviewed for continuous performance improvement.

The Quality Assurance Manual describes the elements of Megamas Quality Management System. The system is designed to ensure that all requirements relating to quality are recognised and that a consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately maintained.

Systems and procedures have been developed under my authority to ensure that the Quality Assurance Manual’s Provisions are put into practice and all Megamas personnel are required to operate in accordance with the provisions of this manual.
