11 participants from PHLS Sdn Bhd participated in a 2 day enhanced skill driver training course specially designed for bus drivers run at Megamas based in Kuala Belait.
This is part of the initiative to improve road safety for all road users and passengers in line with the aspirations of the Nation to reduce incidents on the road.
The course contained aspects in; driver roles and responsibilities, driver attitude and behaviour, correct use of roundabout, intersection and understanding road signs, speed awareness, vehicle safety, load behavior and dynamics and auxiliary brake and safe hill ascending and descending.
One of the course participants commented that the training was “an eye opener training for bus drivers and helps us to understand the risks while driving”.
