MEGAMAS Training Company Sdn Bhd achieved a milestone in safe working practices recently.

The Belait District-based company which employs 90 per cent local Bruneians boast a ‘28 Years LTI-Free’ outstanding safety performance. LTI – lost time injury – occurs when an employee is injured while carrying out a work-related task for the employer, and is then unable to perform the regular duties for a period of time after the incident.

Megamas Executive Advisor, Mohd Roger Ainsworth said, “This world-class achievement stems from having developed a strong positive safety culture within the organisation.
