MEGAMAS Training Company Sdn Bhd, based in Mumong, Kuala Belait, is currently conducting its 64th Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certification training at its Kiulap office, Bandar Seri Begawan.
The course which runs from December 7-11, is a globally recognised health and safety qualification that is intended for companies or individuals who fully intend to reach an international standard with regards to health, safety and environment in their workplace.
The IOSH certification training consists of both theoretical and practical examination that puts the emphasis on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hazard identification, risk assessment and possible control measures.
The course participants were from various companies throughout Brunei Darussalam, including many private companies such as Telekom Brunei Berhad.
