Megamas Training Manager, Hj Naweh Hj Abdul Rahman recently conducted a Fire Team Member course for PVD Training in Vietnam.
The course aims to provide the participants with the necessary confidence, knowledge and skills required to ensure an appropriate response to a fire emergency in a team environment.
The 3-day course was activity-based hands-on course, consisting of both theory and practical elements. On completion, participants were able to demonstrate competence in the Chemistry of Fire, Extinguishment, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Systems, Self Rescue, Self Personal Protective Equipment, Emergency Response, Breathing Apparatus, Confined Space Drills, Fire Hoses / Systems, Hose Layouts and Fire Fighting Drills.
Megamas has recently conducted courses in Malaysia, Singapore, India and by going to Vietnam, this is in line with Megamas goal to try to expand overseas and conduct HSE courses and Consultancy Services in the Region.
