Megamas General Manager, Mohd Roger Ainsworth delivered a talk to Year 12 Business and Management students at ISB in Berakas. The focus of the talk was to explain to the students what the real life challenges are to running a successful business. Topics covered included how to develop a loyal local workforce, adapting to changing customer demands, leadership, finance, managing growth and diversification. Megamas was incorporated in 1989 and has sustained managed growth into what is one of the leading Health and Safety Training and Consultancy providers in SE Asia. As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Megamas regularly conduct outreach programme with schools in Brunei to share expertise and knowledge. Recently, Megamas completed visits to a number of local Technical Colleges in Brunei to explain to the students about common hazards in the workplace together with how these hazards can be controlled.
