ABANG Jaludin Abang Md Noor received the Megamas ‘Employee of the month’ award for November, a press release said. This is part of Megamas Consequence Management programme where the management recognises diligence and rewards good performance.
General Manager of Megamas, Mohd Roger Ainsworth said, “We are striving to create a behavioural – based HSE compliance culture.”
Megamas also operates an additional award scheme for ‘Pakaters of the month’ for an intervention, discussion and agreement.
The General Manager of Megamas further commented that, “Safety is the highest priority in Megamas, and the expectation is that everyone is accountable for their own safety and the safety of others. Comply with the rules, intervene non-compliance and have the right safety attitude at all times. Let’s together continue our journey towards Goal Zero: no harm to people, protecting the environment, and ensure all our staff go home safely.”
