Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd recently achieved another milestone when one of its staff members, Morni bin Karim, received a Long Service Award for 30 years of employment at the company.

The award was presented to Morni by General Manager of Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd Michael Stringer @ Mohd Firdaus Eswandi.

Morni started out as an assistant instructor, who oversaw various courses such as helicopter, underwater and escape, coastal safety, and survival trainings. Since then, he has worked his way up the ladder by undertaking more responsibilities and training courses, which led to his eventual promotion as Offshore and Maritime Training Manager at the company.

Morni expressed gratitude to Managing Director Hajah Khadijah binti CA Mohamed and Executive Advisor Mohd Roger Ainsworth for supporting him and several other staff members.

“We are also fortunate and grateful to be in such a great company which focusses on developing local talents. Today, 90 per cent of staff working here at Megamas are local,” he added.

Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd also paid tribute to his years of hard work and dedication, in hoping to inspire other staff members to do their best for the company.
