MEGAMAS Training Company Sdn Bhd, based in Kg Mumong in Kuala Belait, celebrated its 26th anniversary yesterday from their incorporation on December 14, 1989.

Today, in terms of OPITO offshore training, Megamas stands on ‘top of the mountain’.

The quality and longevity of the instructors at Megamas has seen the company achieved numerous awards over the years, namely, the first training provider in the world to deliver the OPITO TBOSIET course, the first training provider in Southeast Asia to deliver the NEBOSH IGC course, and the first training provider in the region to conduct a Carbon Foot Print Study.

In 2012, Megamas was voted the ‘Best SME’ in Brunei. Other accolades included 2013 Asean winners, 2014 British Safety Council and RoSPA winner.

In the ‘25 Years LTI Free” safety performance this year, Megamas was voted TOP OPITO Approved Training Provider, and the winner of the ‘Industry Champion of the Year’ award by ACES in Singapore.
