Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd, conducted a detailed Incident Investigation course in Singapore recently for the Shell shipping managers from all over S-E Asia, Asia, including China, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East.
The course contained information on the techniques for the investigation process, different methodologies of analysis, Human Factors, and Failure to Learn, including examples from the maritime industry.
The course was part of the Quarterly Marine Team Meeting for the shipping managers.
The event organizers in Shell Singapore had sourced extensively throughout the Shell Group for a training provider to conduct this course before selecting Megamas as their preferred vendor.
