MEGAMAS Training Company Sdn Bdn, based in Kuala Balai, Mumong, recently won the 2016 RoSPA Silver Award in the United Kingdom for health and safety.
The award highlights outstanding achievements by Megamas over the years in raising the standard of health and safety, and a strong commitment to ensure and protect worker’s safety wherever possible.
According to Megamas General Manager Mohd Roger, “Leadership is key and Megamas Training Company has been extremely fortunate to have had an exceptional example of good leadership in our Managing Director Hajah Khadijah Mohamed, who has shown excellent vision and commitment in improving health and safety in Brunei, and a kindness and generosity towards all the staff that can only be shown by a truly gifted leader.
“The results of this kind of leadership are evident for all to see as the company has become arguably the No 1 training provider in Southeast Asia, embracing a staff that comprises 90 per cent local Bruneians trained and developed over the last 20 odd years.”
